PORCELAIN
INLAYS |

Before |

After |
The badly broken down
silver/mercury amalgam has lost its usefulness. It has been replaced with a tooth colored,
bonded porcelain inlay restoration. Not only is this restoration more esthetic and natural
looking, but it will also add support and longevity to the weak remaining tooth structure
. This type of restoration requires two visits to complete, as an inlay or onlay (which
replaces at least one cusp as well as the internal portion of the tooth) is fabricated in
a dental laboratory under the close scrutiny of a Certified Dental Lab Technician.
